Shipping Policy

Packages are shipped UPS or USPS

 

Order are processed within 1 to 3 business days and then shipped.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage items. Once an item is shipped and it has been delivered we are no longer liable. An email will be sent to you when items have been shipped.

Aubrey Jai Collection stand by our products and our quality. With that said, all sales are final. However, we do understand that some circumstances warrant exchanges. Exchanges can be made in the form of product swaps.

 

If your purchase is not to your expectation. You must notify Aubrey Jai Collection within 5 days of receiving your product. The product must be returned in Aubrey Jai Collection packaging. If not in the same packaging an exchange will not be offered. Additionally, if your item(s) is returned with noticeable signs of wear such as rips, stains, perfume, cologne, sweat odors and marks, or any other obvious indications of excessive wear, an exchange will not be offered.

If customer chooses to send back an item the customer is responsible for shipping cost back to our warehouse.A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in the case the package is lost on its way back to Aubrey Jai Collection. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange. Also we ask that you include your original invoice with your exchange for your order number, billing name, and address. Be sure to write on the back of your invoice your reason for exchange.
